These terms cover your purchase and use of MXterm Pro, a desktop app for macOS and Windows sold directly, outside the App Store.
License
MXterm Pro is sold as a lifetime license. You may install and use it on the number of devices specified by your plan.
Plans
Plans differ only in the number of devices you can activate. All plans include the same Pro features.
Account and license activation
Activating MXterm Pro links your license to a computer and counts against your plan limit. You can deactivate a device at mxterm.net/account.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for how you use MXterm Pro, including the commands you run, the AI agents you start and the servers you connect to.
Safety
Terminals, SSH sessions and AI agents can change files and run commands on your computer and on the servers you connect to. MXterm Pro does not review or undo what they do. Keep backups and check what you run.
No warranty
MXterm Pro is provided as-is and as-available, without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for hardware damage, data loss, or other damages arising from use of MXterm Pro.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as MXterm Pro evolves. Continuing to use MXterm Pro after changes constitutes acceptance.
